Geotech Services Inc. has been providing and applying state of the art geotechnical services and products since 1988. Utilizing High Density Polyurethane Technology, Geotech Services has established a leadership role in the stabilization and preservation of homes, buildings and roadways.

High Density Polyurethane is used to lift, realign, under-seal and fill voids underneath concrete slabs. HDP is injected through holes drilled in the concrete. The HDP expands filling voids, lifting and re-aligning the concrete slab. The lifting and re-aligning of concrete slabs is not dependant upon injection pumping pressure. Rather, the natural expansion and rapid curing of the HDP foam allows for a controlled, accurate, efficient and clean re-stabilization of the structure.

Installation is accomplished utilizing fully self-contained trucks. Trained employees use Gussmer proportioning pumps, insuring consistent and reliable foam material. HDP is injected through 5/8" holes drilled through concrete slabs. The foam mixture expands, filling voids and exerts pressure to the underside of the slab. Multiple holes are drilled to insure complete support for the slab.

Applications include highways, city & county streets, airports, commercial & industrial buildings.
